Fiskarp was built in the nineteen hundred century, it was renovated and expanded in 1994 and is now a house with approximately 160m2 with year round conveniences. The restoration and expansion was done with a careful eye to retain the old charm and beauty of the 1800s. The house is beautifully located on a hill, only 75 meters from Stora Sundsjön with a beach and access to row boats and fishing.

On the ground floor there is a huge farmhouse kitchen with stove, large refrigerator, large freezer and dishwasher. There is also a pleasant living room with an open fire, a dining room and a laundry room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. There are in total 1 doublebed+2+2 beds in Big Fiskarp.

There is of course hot and cold water, television, coffee machine, outdoor furniture, barbecue and a vacuum cleaner.

There is also a guesthouse available next to Big Fiskarp, Nyhemmet. Nyhemmet is only rented with Big Fiskarp and for an extra charge. There are two bedrooms; one has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a small cook top. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. There are 1+2 convenient beds.
